Consumers seeking a mortgage have been more satisfied with their mortgage lenders in comparison to the previous year, based on research by J.D. Power.
Using a 1,000-point measuring stick, by and large borrower satisfaction with mortgage originators moved up to 771 from 761 the prior year. The survey is according to feedback from over} 3,000 applicants who obtained a new mortgage, or refinanced in the last 12 months.
